Star Plumbing and Gas was recommended to me through family connections who said that the owner was reliable and good value. 5 Star Plumbing & Gas helped us by redesigning and renovating our tired looking old bathroom. He designed the layout and gave us ideas and recommended products that would add space, light and colour to a relatively small area – all surprisingly within our budget. He then organised all of the required trades to come in and complete the work. The result was fantastic! We are delighted with our new trendy looking bathroom. One thing we liked was that everything was done seamlessly. 5 Star Plumbing & Gas listened to what we wanted, gave us some other ideas that we had not thought about and then just got on with it. We had a new bathroom within 10 days of the work starting. We found the experience to be excellent. The service was great and the price was much cheaper than other quotes that we had been given. I would recommend 5 Star Plumbing to people who need whole scale bathroom renovations done or just basic general plumbing work completed. We were really pleased with our new bathroom and Luke was always friendly and readily available; nothing was too much trouble for him. His price was very reasonable and we found it to be great value for money! Much cheaper than the glossy bathroom designers who gave us much higher quotes for the same job.

I am a 93 year old pensioner who was having difficulty getting into my shower and needed to renovate my bathroom as my family were concerned about my safety. 5 Star came out and gave me a no obligation free quote and designed a new layout for me where I could get in and out of the shower without worrying about falling. I felt at ease with Luke because he seemed like a nice young man who was genuinely interested in my wellbeing. He designed a bathroom that was easily accessible and added a few extra touches like putting storage places in the bathroom where I could get to things easily which has made a world of difference to me. The main thing I liked about Luke was that he is caring. I was so worried about the mess! but he was very reassuring and it turned out not to be a problem because I had a new bathroom in no time at all.  I did not even have to move out. My family are happy and I can get in and out of the bathroom easily now. The price was affordable which was very important for me, being on a pension.
